Helmuth Lehner, vocalist of Belphegor had an surgical operation on the beginning of october after their south american tour.

Kataklysm have released a video for "At The Edge Of The World", which can be viewed below. The clip was filmed on March 20 at Montreal's Club Soda and was directed by Tommy Jones (Death Angel, Soilwork).

Darkest Hour have posted on their Youtube channel the video for "Savor The Kill", which was directed by Ramon Boutviseth (All That Remains, Trivium, Dream Theatre). Watch the video below.
Commented drummer Ryan Parrish : "We had a blast working with Ramon. He did an amazing job bringing our vision to life and was extremely professional throughout the process. So sit back, relax, pop some popcorn and enjoy ‘Savor The Kill’ the music video!”
The band's new effort "The Human Romance“ will be available on March 7th in Europe via Century Media.
Death metallers Belphegor have issued the following statement :
"Due to circumstances beyond the band’s control we are being forced to cancel eleven shows, since we were initially not given the green light to enter the country. We were promised that we would be fine two weeks ago, but still all the members were not got their stuff. We all tried everything to make it happen, so it’s a terrible situation. We were waiting, sharp and ready to rumble and kick serious ass, but couldn’t do anything.
The USA immigration forms are approved so now we have new visa interviews at the USA embassy in Vienna at the beginning of next week. Now we have re-schedule the flights to make it happen. We will now start the tour in Chicago, IL at Reggie’s on the 26th. We want to apologize to the demons and everyone who's bought a ticket to see us tear the stage with Deicide. See you in Chicago!”

Austrian black/death metallers Belphegor have released a video for "Impaled Upon The Tongue Of Sathan", which was shot and edited by Alexander Koenig in Abtenau, Austria. The clip can be viewed at this location.
Commented bassist Serpenth : "The clip aims to strip down the viewer's psyche with an onslaught of sadistic sex, musick and magick. The ritual action caught on tape was also inspired in part by the world famous works of Viennese Actionists such as Hermann Nitsch and Gunter Brus. Rachael Kozak took over the role of the possessed Sukkubus. As Pro-Domina she was perfect and totally into the role. The blood cut deeper than any drug. The process of such an intense shoot served as a cathartic experience for all involved, making what went on behind the scenes just as important as the final outcome of the visuals."
"Impaled Upon The Tongue Of Sathan" comes off the band's ninth album "Blood Magick Necromance" which will be released on January 14, 2011 in Europe and on February 8, 2011 in the U.S. via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was produced by Peter Tägtgren at his Abyss Studios in Pärlby, Sweden.

02. Rise To Fall And Fall To Rise
03. Blood Magick Necromance

"The Human Romance" is the title of Darkest Hour's new album, which was recorded at a North Carolina studio with producer Peter Wichers. This new effort will come out on February 22, 2011 via eOne Music.
Commented guitarist Mike Schleibaum :
"We have been working on these tunes ever since we left the studio last April.
'The Eternal Return' was written during a very dark, bleak time for the band and I think that record matches that in both tone and character. Our vision was for it to be an in-your-face, no-frills aggressive assault. The new material shares in that aggression and pushes DARKEST HOUR beyond the unknown."
Black/death metallers Belphegor have revealed the cover artwork for their new effort "Blood Magick Necromance" (see below), designed by the Australian artist Joachim Luetke who previously worked with Dimmu Borgir and Arch Enemy.
"Blood Magick Necromance" will be available on January 14th in Europe and on February 8th in the U.S via Nuclear Blast Records.
Belphegor have revealed the track listing for their new effort entitled "Blood Magick Necromance" :

V ANGELI MORTIS DE PROFUNDIS
VI IMPALED UPON THE TONGUE OF SATHAN

VIII SADO MESSIAH
The album was produced by Peter Tägtgren at the Abyss Studio and mastered by Jonas Kjellgren. "Blood Magick Necromance" will be available on January 14th in Europe and February 8th in North America via Nuclear Blast Records.
Darkest Hour will embark on a European tour in January/February 2011. Support will come from Protest The Hero, Born Of Osiris and Purified In Blood. Commented guitarist Mike Schleibaum :
"Put on your winter jacket and get ready for endless nights of good times, because were headed back to Europe. We're bringing the legacy tour overseas — playing songs from our entire catalog.
We fell in love with Europe in 2000 and have enjoyed touring there for an entire decade. Playing from squats to arenas and everywhere in between, we've made some of our closest friends and have had some of the best times or our lives. Experiencing all forms of cultures and enjoying the beautiful diversity of the European continent has always been a joy for the entire band.
Since our European bros are true purists, I am sure they will enjoy the set we have cooked up for them."

Darkest Hour , Born Of Osiris and Iwrestledabearonce have been confirmed for the Full Metal Texas , set to take place on March 18 at Emo's Room and Emo's Jr. in Austin , Texas .
This year's lineup includes these twelve bands plus some very special guests to be announced soon:
The Canadian band Kataklysm has revealed the title of its new record : "Heaven's Venom" . It will be available in October 2010 via Nuclear Blast Record .
Jean-François Dagenais (guitar) commented : "This album will be different than 'Prevail', but will still have the classic Kataklysm trademarks and hooks. You will see a much more intricate record than we've done in the past. It will contian some really fast and dynamic parts, but we will also aim on a very melodic-driven record and it will contain lots of technical parts as well that we haven't explored much lately. And no worries, the bone-crushing grooves are always a must with KATAKLYSM and will be present. I've also seen Maurizio's [Iacono, vocals] lyrics for this album so far and let me tell you that they hit really hard. I know it's a very personal album to him as he is going through some tough times in his personal life. So I'm not worried on what he will bring to this record. So expect a very real, aggressive and determined KATAKLYSM album!
We know we have set the bar high for ourselves, but we are confident to deliver the goods once again. "
