The Smoking Gun reports Kyle Drinkwine, 24, Wisconsin, assaulted singer James Mischler, 28, and Cyrus Kozub,29, allegedly over an unsatisfactory karaoke version of
Dio's "Holy Diver."
Mischler felt his signing was not a joke, stating, "I genuinely love Ronnie James
Dio."
Mischler told The Smoking Gun that the two came to blows after he made the comment, "he should find a better vending machine for his jewelry," which referred to Drinkwine's "gaudy" crucifix. Mischler made the comment as a comeback to Drinkwine and his friends' heckling.
Police arrested Drinkwine after a short foot chase. He registered .169 alcohol level, more than twice the state limit. Drinkwine was booked into the Pierce County Jail on battery and disorderly conduct counts. Drinkwine is pictured above in a mug shot taken on November 7th in St. Croix Co., where he was charged with violating probation in a previous case.

sad news about Ronnie James
Dio , who died of a stomach cancer . His wife , Wendy
Dio , has released the following statement :
"Today my heart is broken, Ronnie passed away at 7:45am 16th May. Many, many friends and family were able to say their private good-byes before he peacefully passed away. Ronnie knew how much he was loved by all. We so appreciate the love and support that you have all given us. Please give us a few days of privacy to deal with this terrible loss. Please know he loved you all and his music will live on forever. "

The famous Heavy metal singer Ronnie James
Dio was a few weeks ago diagnosed with a stomach cancer . He wanted to thank his fans for their support , writing these words :
"I'd like to take the time to thank everyone for the most wonderful gift I have ever received - your good wishes, your prayers, your support, your tears and laughter, your anger, your rejoicing, and most of all the unwavering love you have bestowed upon me. I guess I've always felt that we were one person and that you've allowed me to be our spokesman, but until this time of my greatest peril, the truth was perhaps slightly hidden. It is hidden no more.
