Loudblast - Frozen Moments Between Life and Death (Album)

Frozen Moments Between Life and Death

When you get past the gimmicky goblin on the album cover you hit a violent scourge of nature with LoudBlast’s latest album. Their extra brutal approach to death and thrash metal is a force not to be tampered with, as the crushingly heavy riffs and blast beating pours through your speakers like a plague of hungry mutant locusts ready to devour your brain! They may look like wishy washy power metal heads from first glimpse, but LoudBlast are one of the most ferocious bands you are going to hear this year!

LoudBlast have decided to go with thrash metal style music with death metal vocals on Frozen Moments between Life and Death. The guitar work is technical and still does not compromise the heaviness. The drive and power from the drums in powerful enough to the knock the Empire State Building down and the vocals would but bands like Cannibal Corpse, Napalm Death and Carcass to shame. Tracks like: “Frozen Moments between Life and Death”, “Never-ending Blast” and “Cold Blooded Kind” show that even though LoudBlast have decided to go down the rout of two heavy metal sub genres, you can still hear what they are singing about, which makes this album so much more enjoyable.

With this album you get the all killer no filler package which in other death metal bands cases you don’t get. It’s this statement which shows that LoudBlast really know how to make an awesome death metal album. They write nine mind blowing tracks, record them superbly for a death metal album and then hook the fans with every word, guitar line and drum part. It’s just fucking great to listen to an album where you get the sense of so much work has gone into this to make it sound awesome, and in Frozen Moments between Life and Death’s case it is one of the best examples you can listen to.

When you put on this album you will be held in suspense. When you finish this album your brains will be splattered against the bedroom wall! When you get to heaven, give a copy of this to god because seriously; anybody can enjoy Frozen Moments between Life and Death because of its speed, power and epicness!
